My passion lies in living to our fullest potential, whatever that may be. Fitness, health and nutrition is one of many important aspects in living at our best.

I believe it is important, however, to understand that fitness, health and nutrition may not be the same for everyone. People are different and like doing different things. Even if two people may have the exact same goal, the manner in which to achieve it may be completely different.

Loosing weight or gaining muscle is not complicated, but why can it be so hard to stick to a plan? The challenge is creating an enjoyable process with exercise and nutrition, that you can live with effortlessly day after day.

The point I am trying to make is: The “best” way to approach fitness and health, is not so much about the best universal way to train, eat and rest. It’s about the best way for YOU.
